The British London Run – A 10k run through the heart of London – the best city run in the world! Sunday 10 July 2016 http://www.thebritish10klondon.co.uk/

The Nuts Challenge – 7k to 28k-assault course – catering for all levels of fitness – families as well (14 upwards). Based in Surrey just outside London. Saturday 3 September 2016.

London to Paris bike ride – This is a real adventure – from the heart of London to the Eifel Tower. A five-day adventure – your food, luggage and sleeping arrangements all looked after for you. Your job is to enjoy the scenery. Wednesday 7 to Sunday 11 September.

Tough Mudder – this is truly a test of fitness, tenacity, true grit and determination – 16 to 20k of mud and obstacles. This is a team-oriented challenge – for anyone who likes a risk, who follows their guts, for those awesome people out there.
