with a large, peaceful, and secluded garden. With sea views all along the south side of the hotel we are only a short walk from the town and seaside; there is no need to take your car. Additionally, there is a good shuttle bus service in Torquay to take you everywhere in Torbay.

We have a fine dining room, a spacious guest lounge with Sky satellite TV, a sun terrace overlooking the sea and an enchanting walled garden with path and lawn benches.

We are open all year round and have out-of-season offers with promotional weekend breaks throughout the year as well as Turkey & Tinsel and Christmas bookings. We are also popular with commercial firms requiring rooms for employees working temporarily in locations in and around Torbay.

Wi-fi internet available to guests. We are 5 minutes drive and 10 minutes walk to the Riviera International Conference Centre (www.rivieracentre.co.uk), a popular business conference venue.

There is s ecure car parking in our grounds and the neighboring Ash Hill Inn. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, but guests are welcome to smoke on the terrace. The garden is available for guest and children's use, and there is a traditional English pub with carvery just opposite the hotel.
