We are a consultancy network with a wide repertoire and a varied client portfolio. Our purpose is to help people develop themselves through their work, and to co-operate more effectively in the service of their organisation's customers. As educators, advisers and facilitators, we address both the content and the context of our client's work, helping them improve their capabilities, relationships, systems and processes.

Rubicon Associates have been working together since 1989 to bring a comprehensive and integrated approach to all aspects of development at work.  For nearly a decade, we have focused on the application of Lean principles to new areas, especially the construction and services sectors.

Integration, learning and improvement

Rubicon's approach seeks to integrate all developmental initiatives with activities in the place of work. Only this approach ensures that development activities remain relevant and deliver effective change. Rubicon Associates produce complete development programmes to be run within organisations, using internal or external facilitators, and also provide a range of specially developed seminars and workshops on particular topics and skills.

People and their development are central to our image of a healthy organisation. Rubicon consultants use a range of methods to help organisations clarify their visions of the future and develop their strategies and operating practices. These include lean and systemic process improvement techniques and a powerful organisation design methodology for developing new and more effective organisational structures.
