Contracts Management Ltd is a locally based Construction and
Shop fitting Contractor specialising within the Leisure Industry
and Commercial areas.
We have carried out a broad range of projects of all sizes,
including a number of Blue Chip companies across the country
for major Breweries, Restaurant Chains, Hotel Groups and other
commercial Clients. We have recently completed our largest
project Hotel Du Vin in Brighton and have negotiated and commenced
their 6th Hotel in Harrogate North Yorkshire.
We maintain a workforce of over 50 Tradesmen to provide a
very responsive service when short lead in periods are required.
Over the last few years we have concentrated on the promotion
of partnering with some major clients on the role out of their
projects. Partnering with GCM gives you the advantage of cost
certainty. This, together with improvements via Performance
Based Objectives, delivers more efficient purchasing, improved
work practices and shorter start-ups. GCM will also deliver
Value Engineering and cost savings at an early stage within
a series.
