DOOR SUPERVISOR COURSE (4 days or 2 modules 2 days each)

Due to recent changes in legislation it is an offence to work as a Door Supervisor without relevant training and qualifications. Task offer a 4 day training courses that allows successful students to apply for an S.I.A license.

Unit 2 - Conflict Management for Door Supervisors

· Introduction to communication and conflict management
· Self-awareness
· Avoiding conflict
· Effective communication and customer services skills
· Recognising and defusing conflict
· Maintaining space
· Defusing high risk conflict
· Resolving conflict
· Learning from conflict

Unit 1 and 2 can be taught separately if necessary.
