ECE Planning is a chartered town planning practice with offices in Worthing and London. The company is linked with ECE Architecture and was set up in 2011. Director Chris Barker is a chartered town planner and full members of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). Supporting Chris is Director Adam King, a qualified Town Planner.

Chris and Adam have more than 25 years combined experience as planning professionals with significant experience in both the public and private sectors, having worked for small and large private consultancies, District Councils and Developers.

ECE Planning provides the holistic professional planning service – including site appraisals, planning applications, planning appeals, Local Development Framework representations and enforcement matters. Our clients include major house builders, Housing associations, local authorities, residential and commercial agents, developers and private individuals.

The structure of the sister company allows us to combine architectural and masterplanning knowledge with planning expertise, enabling us to advise clients on viable options to maximise the value of sites in the light of current and emerging planning policy.
