We specialise in restoration, sanding and refinishing of every type of wooden floor, which often needs a great amount of care and attention. Using the latest equipment, our jobs are virtually dust-free. The Flooring Company. only uses top-quality seals to guarantee the best possible finish. However, any product can be sourced to meet your requirements.

From the smallest domestic job to the largest contracted job, The Flooring Co. provides a quality restoration service at a competitive price.

The following prices are based on wood floors in average condition and are subject to site survey. Prices will not include additional repairs to sub-floors.

Payment terms: Our payment terms are payment on completion for 1-2 day jobs, and for jobs longer than 2 days a 40% deposit is required to be paid at the start of the job, with the remaining 60% to be paid on completion. Click Here for prices from
