Girls Activities

Hockey
In the spring term, Parkgate girls from Pre-Prep 1 to Prep 6 play mini hockey, a seven-aside game played across half of a full-sized hockey pitch. As with many of our sports, playing in small-sided teams on suitable sized pitches encourages greater involvement, which leads to enjoyment and success in the fast-paced, high-scoring game of hockey.

Netball
Netball is a fantastic sport that all our girls from Pre-Prep 1 to Prep 6 play. Netball is a fast-paced, tactical game that allows participants to develop skills in different styles of passing, shooting, movement and fitness. This makes it a really great sport to play at school.

Rounders
Rounders is played during the summer term by all girls in Pre-Prep and Prep. It is an exciting batting and fielding game which is fun to play and helps develop skills such as catching, throwing and striking - all core multi-skill techniques.
