Thank you for taking the time to visit the RW Complete Ltd website. The company was founded by Richard Couzens, the director of the company, who is responsible for all aspects of customer contact, estimates and completion of projects. Richard trained under one of the most meticulous builders in the construction industry, learning many skills ‘on the job’. This included 7 years training on a variety of domestic projects, working from project start to end to gain a range of skills in design, building, joinery, fitting, heating, wiring and landscape gardening. His training developed in Richard a passion and respect for quality building and renovation work, and few get opportunities to work amongst craftsmen of this standard in order to learn their trade. It’s that passion that drove Richard to start his own business 10 years ago from which RW Complete was born. RW Complete are a tight knit team with a range of building and specialist skills. Each member of the team is well known to Richard, and has been selected for their skills as well as their dependability and honesty. Richard also has a number of associate tradesmen who can be brought into the team where particular expertise is required. Richard’s brother Andrew is a key member of the team, as a skilled joiner, who works full time on projects with Richard and at their local workshop. As a company RW Complete has undertaken a range of projects from small renovations to grand designs including barn and loft conversions, garden renovations and home improvements.
